How do I upload my mechanic’s estimate?

Create an account or sign in, open “My case,” choose “Upload estimate,” and select a PDF, JPEG/JPG, PNG, or WebP file up to 10 MB. HEIC and HEIF files are not supported. The current account flow allows one saved estimate case.

What happens after I upload it?

Barglume saves the file in the signed-in customer’s case and confirms that it was received. Uploading an estimate is not a diagnosis, finding, or price comparison.

What does “Estimate received” mean?

Accepted Answer

It means the file was saved and the case confirmed receipt. It does not mean analysis has started or that results are ready.

Who can access my saved case?

Accepted Answer

The case is tied to the signed-in Barglume account, so it is presented as private to that account. The final policy for details such as retention, deletion, model improvement, and sharing is still being confirmed. Upload only the information needed for your case.

Can Barglume analyze my estimate today?

Accepted Answer

Approved analysis results are not connected yet, so findings are unavailable. Barglume does not promise findings or a completion time before an approved analysis flow is connected.

When will price comparisons be available?

Accepted Answer

Comparisons require approved findings and connected local pricing or quote data. Neither is currently available, so Barglume does not publish comparisons, savings claims, or sample prices.
